Whitestorm Off Road Centre currently ships orders within Canada only.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs vary depending on the product, destination, size, weight, and shipping method.

• Applicable shipping charges will be provided at the time of purchase or order confirmation.

• Some large or oversized products may require freight shipping and may have additional charges.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing and shipping times vary by product and availability.

• In-stock products will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible.

• Special-order or supplier-direct items may require additional processing time.

• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

• Delays caused by carriers, weather, remote locations, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If an order arrives damaged, has missing items, or appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact Whitestorm Off Road Centre as soon as possible and keep all packaging and shipping materials.

Photos may be required to assist with a shipping or damage claim.

Large & Oversized Items
Truck accessories, bumpers, truck caps, suspension components, wheels, tires, and other large products may require special handling or freight shipping. Shipping costs and arrangements for these products will be determined on an order-by-order basis.

Whitestorm Off Road Centre is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
