Product Overview (12" rack height shown)
Evenly Distributed Capacity: 350 pounds dynamic and 900 pounds static, or OEM Bed Rail capacity, whichever is less.
Mounting hardware for factory accessory rails (Toyota, Nissan, Jeep Trail Rail, etc.) included. Where accessory rails don't exist, bolts and lock nuts are supplied which require 4 bolt holes to be drilled through the inner bed rail. Alternatively, you can add no-drill clips to your order if you prefer a clamp on option.
41″ Rack Length – suitable for compact trucks such as the Ford Maverick or anything larger
45″ Rack Length – suitable for most mid-size, short bed(5′) trucks such as the Tacoma or anything larger
55″ Rack Length – suitable for mid-size, long bed trucks(6′) or any full-size truck
For Chevrolet and GMC trucks, we recommend ordering the 41" or 45" rack depending on bed size due to the interior bed form. See chart below for fitment notes for these trucks.

Our Elite Series Bed Rack will work with INSIDE mounted tonneau covers that do not sit on top of the bed rail.
Self-adhesive foam weatherstripping should be added between the bed rails and the tonneau rails to help seal the gap created by the rack brackets.
Our most recommended tonneau cover to pair with our bed rack is the Truxedo Pro X15
**Important note: the brackets used are 3/16″ thick. Ensure you have enough space to mount under the tonneau cover rails. Minor modifications may be required (trim plastic rail caps, etc).
Or add our tri-fold brackets to accomodate over-the-rail tonneau covers.
